Highlife Hill Villa

Hermano's villa is an absolute gem on this island. The views are stunning and the sunset is magical. It is clear that Hermano has really put his heart and soul into creating an open, yet private living environment that is in complete harmony with the beauty of its natural surroundings. Designed and built by Hermano, it is clear that he has considered every detail, leading to a unique and special experience. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and all amenities, utensils and essentials were much appreciated. The 500m drive from the main road to the villa does not have tarmac but we had a SUV and it was fine for us. This is undoubtedly the best villa that we have had the good fortune to experience on this island so far. Highly recommended!

Nothing - it's absolutely wonderful!

Such a cool design. You could tell that they put a lot of details in design and finishes. Loved the combination of local Filipino and Spanish feel of the villa. The use of colour textures and natural local materials really showcased the beautiful elements of Siargao. Love the open air living spaces. It gave a feeling of vastness as we were able to watch the sunset. It always remained cool with the breeze we never even used the AC.

Unique. Unlike anything I’ve ever seen on the island of siargao. There’s so much character to the property. It’s located on top of the hill and you have a full view of the sunrise and sunset. The living space is an open concept so you’ll have fresh air flowing through throughout the day.

Everything about this villa feels special. The view is honestly one of the most stunning on the island, and the way the space is designed makes you feel completely connected to nature. I loved all the details… the textures, the lighting, the art, the beautiful bathroom, and how thoughtfully everything is put together. It’s very comfortable and fully equipped, but also very unique and creative. Practicing yoga on the rooftop in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening were unforgettable moments.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. We had a really beautiful stay and everything felt just right.
