I really have nothing but praise for this hotel—its service is thoughtful and responsible, leaving me with an excellent impression of my stay. Nearly forty minutes after I checked out and drove away, I was sorting through my belongings when I realized I’d lost my daily-use Bluetooth earbuds. I searched every bag and pocket with no luck. After racking my brain, I figured I must have left them in the hotel room. I felt anxious and frustrated; the round trip would be such a hassle, so I’d already resigned myself to never getting the earbuds back. Before I even had a chance to reach out to the hotel, the front desk called me proactively. The staff politely verified my check-in details and the appearance of my earbuds, explaining the housekeeper had found them tucked in a crack beside the bed during cleaning and kept them safely stored. They contacted me right away to ease my worry. The staff patiently told me I could come pick them up whenever convenient, or they could mail them to me. They spoke gently and attentively the entire time. The room was spotlessly clean, with soft, cozy bedding and great sound insulation. Every team member is incredibly conscientious and always thinks of guests’ needs. It’s such a relief to find such a reliable hotel while traveling. I highly recommend staying here!
