Built in 2000 and renovated in 2025, this 28-square-meter apartment is compact yet functional. The lower level features a combined kitchen/living room with a fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance after a long day outdoors. The bedroom offers comfortable sleeping in a 140 cm wide double bed. Additionally, the lower level includes a private sauna with an electric stove and a bathroom with a toilet. The loft provides a workspace for remote work, a 140 cm wide convertible futon sofa, and an additional mattress for one. The glazed entrance hall and terrace in the front yard offer extra space for gear and relaxation year-round. Here you can also lubricate your skis if necessary, while ensuring proper cleaning of the premises. This is an easy and practical base for two or a small group who appreciates a peaceful location and good access to the mountains. Please note that the apartment is pet-free.
