The location of the apartment is amazing and you can see the Hollywood sign from the balcony.
Checkin experience was not good. Garage clicker was not provided with the keys.
Towels were old and dirty.
No toiletries provided, basic kitchen things like salt, pepper etc missing.
This experience could be 5* if they do the simple things right.
