Très bon emplacement, logement fonctionnel
Le logement est très sombre, les photos de l'annonce sont trompeuses et le texte ne précise pas clairement qu'il s'agit d'un souplex En raison de la position en sous-sol, l'évacuation de l'eau est gérée par une pompe de relevage et un broyeur, très bruyants

Het appartement heeft alle gemakken voor meerdaags verblijf. Personeel niet gezien maar waren goed bereikbaar via app en mail.
Over smaak valt te twisten. Het appartement heeft nauwelijks daglicht. Eén raam geeft toegang tot een smal, geheel ommuurde patio. Bij heet weer erg warm. De slaapkamer is een afgesloten hok. Ruim bed, harde matraser moet een borg van 500€ betaald worden, die zogenaamd pas na 7-14 dagen vrij wordt gemaakt, zelfs ná de inspectie.

- Localisation exceptionnelle dans le Vieux Port. Mieux n'est pas possible ! - Très spacieux5-6 pièces. Véritable appartement, pas studio. - Nombreux rangements. - Wifi (nécessaire car 4G ne passe pas dans certaines pièces). - Brochure électronique d'accueil et de fonctionnement de l'appartement très bien réalisée. - Hôtes très disponibles pour répondre à chaque question (sur WhatsApp). A savoir : quelques marches depuis la rue + 15 marches à descendre pour arriver à l'appartement.
- Absence de réponse sur le fil de Booking (générant une grosse frayeur quant au sérieux de l'offre). Mais ensuite ok sur WhatsApp ! - Un four à micro-ondes serait utile. - VMC en bruit de fond, plutôt léger.
