Fabulously situated lodge overlooking the sea. The kitchen and en-suite bathrooms were fully equipped. Hot water for showers whenever we wanted. Absolutely amazing property and I would thoroughly recommend this as a base for exploring the Scottish Borders or just relaxing and watching the sea through the telescope in the lodge. The owners were easily contactable if we needed them (we didn't after arrival).
There was nothing to dislike.

The property was well equipped with everything you need.
We loved it allowed our dog to join us as that’s what we look for now.
We loved the location of the property. Only minutes from the beach.
The views are amazing.

Location. The view. The lodge. Seaside 15 minute walk. Asda mcdonals petrol station all was just a 15 minute drive away. We went hiking on both cliffs. Edinburgh 45 minute drive was brilliant seeing the old buildings. Everything seemed very convenient 😁. And the telescope never thought it would be so interesting watching the boats go by but it was . As a family we had such a wonderful time was worth the 7 hour drive to get there .
Would of helped to have more parking spaces near the lodge but it is what it is.
