Very cute, very homey, great location for walking access to UT (we were there for freshman orientation)
Street noise in the front two bedrooms from a very busy road, very small single bathroom, very few electrical outlets, could not get ceiling fan in back bedroom to turn on

Pleasant place, good fans and aircon
Terrible Too soft mattress on raised wood pedestal that you smacked your legs into, insufficient coffee maker, half the towels were strange (like velour)

Adorable house. Lots of space. Beautiful lot with trees and creek. Perfect location. Communication with owner/manager was easy.
Only complaint was the moldy shower curtain and no ice. Everything else was very clean and well-appointed

The the back sunroom could use a new mattress. It was very uncomfortable. The toilet needed fixing
