The room was clean. The washrooms were also clean, and all amenities and hygiene were well-maintained. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. This was a plus; you could call them and they would arrive within minutes. The garden view was an attractive aspect. I really liked the garden view and the seating area from which you could enjoy the view, even if it was raining.

Without proper property name, people won’t be able to find that place.

The place is as shown in the pictures... extremely clean and tidy... Calm and beautiful once inside the property even though right beside the main road. We can hear the vehicle sounds now and then but no issues regarding that. Samir the caretaker is very polite and helpful. Aadhya the owner was very accommodating with us. Not much of a crowd,so it felt like our own house for me and my husband even though we stayed in a room..my parents stayed there just for a night ,they too were impressed with the room and ambience. I would like to go stay once again...

We would be much happier if we could get a cup of coffee/tea at least at the stay as there was no provision,we had to head out for everything... A small pantry-like arrangement to make coffee or small snacks would be an added advantage. Personally providing this with a minimal charge would also work for people. Please do consider this.

The location is quiet and calm .Away from the honking of vehicles from the roads nearby. The room and the facilities were good and kept in good condition. The caretaker, although being new to the place, was available for all the help whenever required.

Although the property is visible in Google, it is hard to trace out. The signboards and other indicators were missing, and it is a bit of a problem to trace the homestay in the first place.

It is not a home stay, It is just a economical room, nothing more. We liked the responsiveness of the owner and cleanliness of the room.

Location is bit far from center of the city, we spent 30min to travel city. We also did not like the fact that they were not able to provide us with extra bed and they agreed to give a blanket and pillow at extra cost (500/-)
