Overall good place, nice location

I have no complaints about our stay — the property itself was fine. However, I would have appreciated a clearer description of the parking situation. The listing mentioned a parking place, but it was not specified that there is only one spot available. As a result, I had to pay €18 for two days to park nearby. I was also disappointed with how the rental company handled the situation regarding the security deposit (“borg”). We were informed that it would not be refunded because one of our cars was parked for approximately one hour in a nearby space that was not allocated to the property. We moved the car the same evening. The agency called repeatedly, but I do not constantly respond to phone calls while on vacation. In addition, the dishwasher did not work during our stay. Perhaps we were simply unlucky, and although the maintenance company was contacted, the issue was not resolved. When selecting a property, parking is an important criterion for us. Therefore, I strongly suggest providing a clearer and more detailed description in the listing. Guests rely on written descriptions and contracts, not only on photos, as indicated by the agency. I’m sorry if my review does not meet your expectations, but I believe it is important that future guests are fully informed. We let the house in good order as clean we found. Probably we will not return on this location/working with this agency. Thank you.
