The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. The service was excellent and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming.
Really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai. Looking forward to staying here again!

I had initially booked Hotel Star Place, Nungambakkam, Chennai for just two days and honestly wasn't sure what to expect. However, the experience exceeded all my expectations.
The hotel appears to be very new, and everything—from the rooms to the common areas—was maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Chennai was experiencing scorching temperatures of around 39°C, with the "feels like" temperature touching nearly 49°C according to Google. Yet, the moment I stepped into the hotel, it felt as if I had escaped to a hill station. The cooling, ambience, and overall comfort were simply outstanding.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully lit, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. The washrooms were equally immaculate and well-maintained. Every corner of the property reflected attention to detail and a commitment to guest comfort.
The service deserves special appreciation. The staff were courteous, professional, and always eager to help. The food was excellent, and the overall hospitality made the stay even more memorable.
Hotel Star Place offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, modern facilities, and warm service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chennai and would gladly stay here again on my next visit.
