    I had a bad experience in my recent stay. At check in they did not honor my room type and gave me downgraded rooms and ask me to connect to travel agent (Agoda). They did not have water in the bathroom. There is no housekeeping … had to take care of trash removal or room cleaning by pleasing the front desk. The hotel and rooms are new but the management does not know what hospitality means.
