    hotel ni terbaik dari segi lokasi di kuala terengganu. yang best—nak ke pantai jalan kaki je dalam 300 meter, lintas jalan ada zebra crossing. hari jumaat ada pasar malam kat pantai tu. jarak ke airport 5 min je. nak ke pasar payang, mayang mall 10 min. sebelah hotel ada kafe kopi dan dessert sedap. belakang hotel ada kedai makan. yang tak best, takde lift. beg berat naya. bilik air kecik amat. muat sorang je masuk ngam2 and tengah malam bising bunyi motor merempit susah nak tidur dan bilik tak soundproof.

    Looking at the picture in agoda makes me wanna try this place.. some reviews says it’s good but when i arrived, staff was very nice but the room, a little small with no room for praying… limited and the toilet when you open the door… the sink is just there blocking tge entrance… well i hope they can improve the interior and tge room arrangements:(

    1) hotel sebelah jalan. Langsung tidak kedap bunyi. Bising sangat lagi2 waktu malam 2) toilet tiada sistem ventilation. Walaupun tidak guna toilet, still akan ada bau busuk drpd toilet tu 3) BILIK BANJIR bila hujan lebat. Baju semua habis BASAH!!! Handbag pun basah. Habis rosak handbag. Pihak hotel langsung xde tanya nak ganti ke apa. Suruh lap2 macam tu je handbag tu. Handbag kulit sometimes ye. Semua barang atas lantai tu basah ye. Dah inform staff cuma lap je air yang banjir disebabkan tempias hujan tu. Mintak tukar bilik. Tapi x dilayan. Xde consideration langsung lepas apa yang berlaku. Baju2 yang basah tu kena basuh sendiri guna mesin hotel ambil masa lama gila. Sampai pukul 3 pagi x settle2. Kena basuh sendiri ye. Xde offer dry clean ke apa padahal terang2 salah hotel. Kesimpulannya, fikir2 lah dulu sebelum nak book hotel ni sebab menyesalnye seumur hidup dan trauma yang x bole dilupakan. Pihak hotel xde nego langsung pada malam kejadian. Ganti rugi bag yg rosak langsung xde. Rugi masa nak kena spend utk basuh baju lagi. Dah checkout baru nak contact blk. Sangat2 tak bertanggungjawab atas kejadian yang berlaku. Berani kerana benarrrrr. Sekian. Bye
