excellent stay

What I liked about the place: Dedicated parking: Having a shaded parking slot was highly convenient. Beachfront location: Excellent and direct access to the beach. Exceptional front desk: The front desk officer was polite, approachable, and went above and beyond to assist us. Commendable housekeeping: The entire staff was helpful and detailed. They even had our extra beds completely prepared before we arrived. Thoughtful preparation: The air conditioning units were already turned on before our arrival so the room was perfectly comfortable when we walked in. Great communication: The management was highly responsive to chats and inquiries. Stunning rooftop view: The view from the top floor is absolutely superb! Guest-centric service: The hotel staff, especially front desk and housekeeping, truly do their best to ensure a comfortable stay. Cleanliness: The rooms were pristine and well-maintained. Peaceful atmosphere: The area is quiet and serene—guests looking to relax and escape the crowds will truly appreciate this place. What they will not tell you upon booking (but will mention upon check-in): Hidden corkage fee: There is a ₱500 corkage fee for beers. I highly appreciate it if this policy is disclosed during the booking process. Strict jacuzzi restrictions: If you book a jacuzzi room alongside other standard rooms, only the registered guests of the jacuzzi room even from the same group are allowed to use the jacuzzi. Otherwise, there is a charge of ₱1,000 (or 1,200?) per head. What needs to be improved: Worn-out linens: The towels and bathrobes are showing their age and should be retired and replaced. Sagging mattresses: At a price point of ₱6,500+ for two people, I expected higher quality beds. The current mattresses are already sagging. Overpriced extra person setup: For a ₱900 extra person charge (excluding breakfast), providing a thin 2-to-3-inch floor mattress feels inadequate. Privacy issues: The room we booked had a soaker tub which had a glass partition overlooking the bedroom, but the curtains were far too sheer/see-through for a family occupancy. (Tip: You can request temporary curtains for better coverage). Faulty sliding doors: The sliding doors were frustrating to deal with because the locks on both ends were broken. You might think the door is closed, only to find the opposite side wide open. Uncleaned amenities: While they provide a complete set of cooking instruments, the grills were left uncleaned. We cleaned them ourselves, which wasn't a dealbreaker, but it should be checked by staff. Defective room locks: We struggled constantly with our room locks as they wouldn't recognize the keycards. The staff offered help, but the issue persisted throughout our stay. What else do you need to know: Not elderly-friendly: I wouldn't advise staying here if you are traveling with seniors. The common kitchen and lounge area is on the highest floor (effectively a 4th floor), requiring you to climb two extra flights of stairs past the 2nd floor. Obstructed views: The views from the 2nd-floor rooms are heavily blocked by powerlines. Road separation: The building is not directly on the sand; there is a public road separating the hotel structure from the beach. Free activities: You can coordinate with them to book your complimentary crystal kayak and stand-up paddleboard sessions. Summary: While the hotel requires some much-needed physical upgrades and maintenance given its price point, the outstanding customer service made a wonderful impression.

We got the family room good for 5 people. It had a loft, very spacious! The property has a cafe that serves breakfast and also offers a guests' kitchen where guests can cook or heat up food. The staff too was very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay!
