Dunton Cottage

The location of the property was perfect for visiting the north Norfolk coast. There is a good pub within a short walk. The cottage itself is quaint with lots of original features and there was even a cake for afternoon tea and milk in the fridge.

The main negative was the steep stairs going up to the bedrooms and bathroom. There is no downstairs toilet

The host was friendly and welcoming offering tea & cake upon arrival. The cottage was lovely - light & airy open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with a lovely outside courtyard. The host had provided fresh milk, cold bottled water and coffee & tea bags which was a thoughtful touch. Upstairs each of the double bedrooms was very roomy with comfy beds & bedding and good ensuite facilities. There is parking available on the street outside and it is a quiet location. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting for Sandringham Flower Show. We were only sorry we hadn't booked to stay longer.

The only thing that might have made this absolutely top notch for us would have been the addition of a freezer or freezer compartment in the fridge.

A charming cottage beautifully decorated and very well equipped The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
