The house owner are kind and warmhearted , the house is at 3rd no elevator , but have 2 bedrooms and both are double bed, very comfortable . House owner even offer clothe iron and Curling iron⋯⋯microwave、laundry……facilities very complete ⋯⋯I love it.
Leave shinsa walk 7 mins, CU also a little bit distance , but is doesn’t matter.
Bathroom is small, but is enough for girl!

역에서 찾아가는 길이 너무 쉽고 가까워서 좋았고 숙소가 너무 청결하고 감각적이라서 놀랐습니다. 어떤곳은 욕실같은데가 좀 더러울때가 있는데 여기는 정말 깨끗하고 깔끔했어요!!
이 가격에 방 두개에 퀸사이즈 침대가 3개고 식탁과 조리가능한 부엌이랑 식기 조리도구 전자렌지까지 싹 다 있더라구요~!! 드라이기, 고데기 다리미까지 있고~ 숙소에 세탁기랑 세탁세제 건조대까지 있고 건물 바로앞에 세탁방이 있어서 여행에 오랜 옷가지들 전부 건조해서 다시 재정비할 수 있어서 정말 최고였어요!!
호스트님 너무 친절하시고 바로바로 답변해주시고 물, 컵라면, 약과도 주시고 칫솔치약, 세면용품 다 구비하고 있었어서 정말 놀랐어요~!! 티비도 너무 사용이 편했고~ 보일러 조절도 편하고 침대에 온열기도 있었어요!!
저는 정말 너무 좋았던게 넓고 쾌적하고 호텔보다 훨씬 만족스러웠습니다~!! 제가 좀 많이 예민한 편인데~ 앞으로는 서울갈때 짐들 다 챙기지 않고가도 다 있으니 저는 그 점이 너무 만족스럽고 좋았어요!!
일반 호텔이나 모텔같은 숙소에 비해서 너무 만족스러워서
앞으로 종종 이용할 거 같아요~!!

편안하게 쉬다 갑니다. 아들 둘을 위한 과자선물을 준비해 주셔서 아이들이 너무 좋아했네요. 숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 침구류가 포근해서 좋았어요. 신사역에서 가까워 볼일 보러 다니기 편했습니다. 또 방문할게요!^^

I had a very comfortable stay. The mattress was great, and the bedding was the best I’ve experienced among all the places I’ve stayed. The location was convenient, with an easy and short walk from the station. It’s in a residential area, so it was nice and quiet at night.
The exterior itself is a bit old.
