Piękny widok (boczny, nie wprost), wielkość, rozkład i umeblowanie apartamentu, wyposażenie kuchni, dostępne wiatraki 3 sztuki, osobna toaleta, duża łazienka, parasole plażowe (2 sztuki), szybki internet, pralka, kawiarka, nawet podstawowe produkty spożywcze- wszystko co trzeba. Rolety przeciwsłoneczne (ręcznie podnoszone). W miasteczku dostępne darmowe, niezatłoczone plaże, świetne restauracje, lodziarnia itp. Blisko do dworca, łatwy dojazd do Rzymu. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Świetny kontakt przez WhatsApp
Brak klimatyzacji - w lipcu przy ponad 30°C w dzień, trudno wytrzymać. W nocy też było gorąco. Hałas - mieszkanie jest dosłownie w środku ronda, głośne motocykle jeżdżą prawie całą dobę, a śmieciarka przyjeżdża pod okno przed 6 rano. W związku z brakiem klimatyzacji, okna muszą być otwarte. Łóżko podwójne bardzo duże ale skrzypiące i jak dla nas troszkę za miękkie (materace piankowe ale grube). Spaliny z pieca gazowego wchodzą do mieszkania przez okna. Samo miasteczko Anzio - wygląda na upadające: wszędzie brudno, puste lokale itp Kilka razy brakowało prądu, w tym podczas finału mistrzostw świata w piłce nożnej!
