The rooms were spacious, it felt like we were the very first people to stay. The concierge changed one of the rooms to the back of the hotel as the road side is very noisy the room changed to had a great view and was much quieter, though all is busy in Gibraltar! No coffee shop nearby apparently there are plans for a coffee shop in the Victory Suites Walkable to the airport, the shopping area and the Marina.

There was no pool or gym as advertised - we booked it because of the pool, knowing it was going to be hot. The concierge was very apologetic. A few other pointers : No furniture on the balcony, a chair or two would work well. High speed internet was not present, disappointingly - the internet provider was coming in the next day to fix the problem One of the lifts was not working and the lift that was working had no mirror but a space for a mirror! The wardrobes in the bedroom slide open allowing the light into the room at night, need to be able to close them properly No cloth in the kitchen No tissues Recommend net curtains where appropriate When all these teething problems are sorted the Victory Suites will be a good location to stay, walkable to the airport.
