We stayed here for one night with my family and had a pleasant experience. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and the bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The small kitchen and bathroom were perfectly fine for a short stay, and having coffee available was a nice touch. Check-in was easy, and there are grocery stores and public transport nearby.
The only downside was the building itself—the common areas were in poor condition, seemed to be under renovation, and had an unpleasant smell. Despite that, the apartment was comfortable and a good choice for a short stay in Vienna.

Appartamento pulito, ben attrezzato. Zona multietnica ma molto tranquilla con molti negozi.
Ottimo collegamento al centro città con poche fermate di autobus e metro.
Al momento non funziona l'ascensore per ristrutturazione palazzo. Se ci sono molti bagagli ci sono 3 piani di scale

Lokal zadbany czysty, w nowoczesnym stylu. W pobliżu dużo lokali gastronomicznych.
Brak klimatyzacji. Kamienica trochę przeraża przy wejściu. Sama bym się bała wieczorem wychodzić. Na szczęście cały czas trwa remont. Dużo w okolicy obcokrajowców o ciemnej karnacji.
