BDS Goa Private Pool Luxury Villa

It's luxury property. And we stay for 4 nights .i loved the property. We love the pool and the villa.

Everything was incredible.

we stayed in Beijo do Sol for 2 days only even though we booked for 4 days.That 2 days was nice,especially cleanliness and helpful care taker

We booked for Beijo do sol from 29/6 to 3/7.The sunkissed holidays sent another address in Colva instead of the one I booked in Varca.When I called them after reaching the location I realised its not the one I booked.They said due to heavy rain in previous days they have problem with electicity thats why its different location. I informed I am not accepting this current arrangement ,then they said they will arrange by Wednesday that is 2 days after.Airconditioner in master bed room was not working in the Colva accomodation and wash room wash basin out flow pipe was broken.I booked one with private pool they have given a shared pool.I will rate 2/10 for that accomodation. Thet did not informed us the change until I found it is a different facility,Very poor communication and I am not convinced with there lame excuse about electricity,I strongly believe that they have given that to another party out of booking.com. This is first time I got scammed when I booked through booking.com.
