The location, the historic building, the ease of checking in. The staff are friendly. Coffee and snacks are very appreciated for the bike ride on the creeper trail which is right next door. Very pleasant stay. Will return.

The location downtown was walking distance from so many shops and eateries. The level of historic preservation in the facility itself was stellar. The room was comfortable with everything that we needed and beautiful as well.
Loved all of it. We did look out over the train tracks, and if you are not used to the sound of trains, you may find this problematic. I've spent a lot of time in Europe and find that sound kind of comforting, so it din't bother us at all.

Historic property, very well maintained, very clean
TV was difficult to find channels that were on the system, local and streaming , no listings of available channels.
