The River Cottage

Le River Cottage est une grande maison moderne et confortable qui offre une belle vue sur la campagne environnante et est située le long du chemin de halage d'un petit canal. La literie et les sanitaires sont impeccables. La maison est tranquille et lumineuse. Tous les équipements (y compris lave-linge et séchoir) sont disponibles et en bon état. La deuxième chambre est accessible par un escalier un peu raide, ce qui peut être difficile pour une personne âgée mais ne pose aucun problème pour les autres. Elle donne sur un petit dressing avec un lit enfant.

For those planning to cycle to the beach, the property is located a little farther from the seafront than some visitors might expect. The ride takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes by bike, while the beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Although this is generally not an issue for adults or experienced cyclists, families with young children may find the journey more demanding, especially after a full day by the sea. If easy and frequent access to the beach by bicycle is a key consideration, it's worth keeping this distance in mind when planning your stay.

Het was voor ons allemaal een heel leuk verblijf. Zowel wijzelf als onze hondjes hebben genoten van die paar dagen aan zee. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig om er een leuk verblijf van te maken. De honden konden vrij rondlopen dus we moesten ons geen zorgen maken dat ze konden weglopen.
