Cant beat the location. Perfect walk to the beach, coffee shop, ice cream shop are all really close. The customer service phone rep was also very pleasant and nice to work with. This property is a high turn over unit, a little bit older but has most everything you need
The property could be cleaned better. The tile floor could use a deep scrub cleaning, not just a sweep and mop. We did have an issue with the refrigerator that was taken care of quickly. I do not like the 4pm check in to then have a 10am check out, when you are asked to take out the trash, strip beds, do dishes. Seems like 11 would be a better checkout time. We also noticed in the downstairs master bedroom, the smoke alarm was electric taped to the wall and not working.
