Design Historic House, palazzo dello Spagnuolo

Piękna kamienica, świetny wystrój mieszkania, dwa tarasy, przestronna kuchnia, siłownia oraz automat do gier. Przesympatyczny właściciel – bardzo pomocny i kontaktowy. Zdecydowanie polecam! Jeśli wrócę do Neapolu, na pewno zarezerwuję ponownie.

​The area is wonderful. Plenty of places to shop and eat. Very vibrant and authentic. Did not get that over-touristic feel. The Palazzo itself is sight-seeing and it is beautiful. The man in charge (Luigi) was very pleasant and helpful and even arranged a late check-out for us (for which we are very grateful).

The fact that we had to climb 95 steps each time! It should have been mentioned somewhere that there are so many steps and there is no elevator. Also the entrance has a musty smell but I guess that goes with the age of the building. It should also be mentioned that it is not suitable for families with small children if they will be using both rooms. One of the two rooms is in a separate building and the stairs are dangerous (like an emergency stair with a big drop underneath). Our Wifi did not work in the 2nd room (at the separate building). The room looked clean at first but when opening the drawers there was dust and the kitchen towels were dirty. Also the top floor where the gym and the playroom are located looked like they were not properly cleaned in a while.
