It's private room, like staying at a friend's house, a type of comfort commercial companies will NEVER match. The quietness was what I needed The value is better than anything I've been able to find. I'd definitely would like to stay again sometime.
TV didn't work, or I didn't understand how to work it. The address wasn't visible from the street, booking dot com says don't provide any personal information and the text asked to send my driver's license. The owner needs to find a solution to verify clients.
