Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Tomball Grand Parkway

Very clean and I had a hard time finding the property due to the address on website taking me in a complete different place🙃 I called the property and they were so nice and helpful!

I liked everything

Nice large clean room. Huge shower in the bathroom.

The managers quick actions after noticing my limitations.

The room looked newly renovated and clean.

There was no gym or fitness center available on the property.

This location is basically a new facility (as of May 2026) - NICE! Management is still completing a few hotel finishing touches. PROS: Rooms are very comfy, clean, functional. Excellent bed (just the right amount of firmness), bathroom is still glistening and spotless, new microwave and fridge, great AC, good-sized TV with cable and movie channels, very nice work area if you have to get paperwork or computer work done, good to very good lighting, Has attractive rectangular ceramic tile flooring. CONS: It is near a small-plane airport, so you are going to get a little bit of flyover noise at times. It is situated at the corner of 2 major highways (FM2920 & Grand Parkway), so you are going to have some highway sounds in the background (it lets up in the evening / night). You can pick up small amounts of background sound from adjacent rooms. For example, if someone drops a chair on tile floor on the 2nd level, you may hear it on the 1st floor. However, if you are watching TV or you've got headphones on, or you've got a white noise machine, chances are you are not going to be too distracted or even notice the background sounds. Lastly, don't look for any super-fancy mountainous vistas at this location...you are going to see a parking lot, a gas station, a Jack In the Box, a strip shopping center (including Shipley's Donuts..."mmm, donuts!!!") and Starbucks nearby! The owner / manager is professional, pleasant, & accommodating. The cleaning crew does a great job, and they'll make your visit enjoyable and memorable. When you consider there are a lot of $100 - $200/night hotels nearby, their name makes total sense!
