Newly renovated gulf front home - Dog friendly multiple decks boardwalk 2 beach

the unit is beautiful and the location is wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the refrigerator has ice! The beds were comfortable. Currently, there is a fresh seafood truck in the parking lot which is fantastic. Lots of toys and games. The TV and games were very nice. I appreciated having an answering service when we had to call for assistance (see below). WE got a new coffee pot pretty soon after we called to report it broken

The front door instructions were confusing. The easiest thing is to open the lockbox and use the key to get in but the instructions had the pin pad instructions first which made me try that and the symbols in the instructions didn't match the symbols on the lock. The back deadbolts were stuck and we had to wrestle with them to unstick them. Not a good thing for the door knobs. The new fans and lights are pretty but there were no instructions so we spent awhile sorting that out. We found out that the remote for one bedroom would control the fan/light in the next bedroom which was a surprise when lights came on in the night in the wrong room. There were not bath towels in every bathroom but we found 5; had to wash as new guests arrived. The showers have very little water pressure. The boardwalk has broken boards which are hazardous. The coffee pot wouldn't work the 1st morning but the new coffee shop was open, The steep stairs won't work for us in future years. The unit description needs to clearly describe the stairs and where the bedrooms are.
