The accommodation was in a great location! It didn't take long to get to the nearest supermarket or popular beaches, and the drive to Pula usually took only 15 minutes, so we could see plenty of sights! 🤩

The only thing—which, in our situation, was perhaps just a "luxury problem" and not a real issue at all—was that the shower head had to be held by hand, so you often couldn't fully relax in the shower; personally, however, I found nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. The villa has been recently renovated, and everything is brand new, including the furniture, kitchenware, and bathrooms. It was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The villa has three spacious bedrooms with excellent new mattresses and pillows, so we all slept very well. There are also two bathrooms, which was very convenient for our group. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The location is quiet and peaceful, in a neighborhood of newly built private homes. There's a sports playground nearby, and within walking distance you'll find a grocery store, a bakery, and a small local market. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and there are plenty of other beautiful beaches nearby to choose from. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. She made us feel very welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!

One thing to keep in mind is that the villa is divided into two separate units, with the entrance doors located right next to each other. If your neighbors happen to be noisy, it may not be as comfortable, as you can hear them quite easily.
