Nesto Skyline Apartment near Tashkent City

The place is located about 5 mins by taxi to Seoul Mun which is a must place to go in the evening. From there it is a walking distance to Magic City. The building facade looks nice. The apartment is pretty much equipped with a functional kitchen.

The apartment has a contemporary settings which would have been so much better without the carpet which makes it look old. The vinyl flooring would have bend much better than the dull looking carpet. The colors of the bedsheets is another sore thumb. Should have just placed a white bedsheets. Communicating with the property owner via the booking.com messaging was difficult as replies doesn't come as much needed. Had to communicate via WhatsApp where communicating seemed to improve. The one that communicated via WhatsApp may not be the one who came to collect the cash payment. Whoever is the case, is not totally customer oriented. We requested for late check out as our flight departing at 8.20pm and was hoping to check out at 3.00pm. We were told no problem but we need to pay USD 10 for evey hour stay after 1.00pm. We were told we could even checked out at 6.00pm but 1/2 day rental charge would be imposed. The guy told us there were no guests checking in as the apartment has been blocked to do some minor work which can be delayed. We felt that, just a few hours extension which would helped us from going to the airport too early would have been a nice gesture. On the day of checked out, I texted the guy on WhatsApp and he was telling me that, reason why he couldn't let us to extend the checked out because they had workers who needed to clean up the place before 5.00pm. That was a total conflicting reason given by the guy who came to collect the cash payment. We told the go the WhatsApp what was told to us and he insisted that, they need to change. I told him, in business it is not always about the money and there is such a thing as customer service where I have read on many property reviews where propriety owners allowed a few hours late checked out when there are no guests checking in back to back. Or they would offer the guests to keep their luggages. In our case, no such offer was made. Money was everything to them.

В квартире есть все необходимое для путешественника (помыться, постираться, высушится, приготовить себе завтрак или ужин). Но!!! Замените кровати. Понимаю, что вы их как-то укрепили, что гости разные бывают и по разному используют кровать, но спать на них ооочень жестко и утром тело все болит, спасала только разминка и гимнастика)). В остальном всё хорошо. в исправном состоянии. Если замените кровати, то в мае 2027 года снова у вас остановимся))
