About this house rental
Generally, once families come to the area, they keep coming back.
Set back from the street, with privacy from well established gardens, the home has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with floorboards throughout which suit a coastal beach holiday.
Microwave and Delonghi coffee machine that takes ground coffee.

Plenty of shade for the summer and a slow combustion fire for the winter.
There are three bedrooms (Queen, double, tribunk) and a renovated bathroom with a shower over the bath tub.
Bed linen and bath towels provided.
The rear paved area that is partially undercover allows access to the laundry with a second shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach. There is also a gas BBQ and an outdoor shower.
A carport at the side provides storage for surfboards and bikes.
Tennis courts, soccer field, basketball courts and skate park are at Manyana but need to bring own equipment.
For your convenience their is a general store and cafe at Bendalong and Cunjurong Point.
Bendalong is a 30-minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday for shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and clubs.
Strictly no smoking inside.
