Overall the place was nice and clean. The complex is quiet and cozy. The pool was great. Cable channels were difficult to figure out. A channel guide would have been nice (football season). Boat launch and boat slips were great! There are several areas that need maintenance. Kitchen sink was clogged and sink garbage disposal did not work. Also, master bathroom sink was partially clogged and was very slow to drain.
Microwave was very rusty on the inside and did not look safe to use.

We stay at Bayview a couple times a year. and this is one of my favorite units. It's closer to the water, on the 2nd floor, and beautifully decorated.

The condo was nicely decorated and we were glad to find it last minute. However, we had a couple problems with it. First, the listing description says 3 bedrooms but it only had two. Secondly, the neighbors were very loud. The walls are very thin between the units and the music and yelling from neighbors literally shook the walls. People were out on balconies drinking and partying. Not a good place to stay for a quiet family looking for a good night’s rest. Our children slept on the couch where it was quieter. We will not be returning. Recommend for college kids!
