About this cabin rental
Summary:
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located on 30+ acre in Canyon Lake. Close to many great things to do such as tubing on the Guadalupe, boating and/or swimming in Canyon Lake. Close to San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels, Blanco and Fredericksburg. Easy drive to the 290 wineries, distilleries and breweries. There are 4 cameras on the cabin road. Each camera points towards the cabins, however, they are far enough from the cabins not to be intrusive (see photo for the view)
The Space:
Wide open Texas Hill Country ranch. Beautifully decorated with resort quality bedding. Come and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Enjoy a cup of coffee while the sunrises.
The property houses 4 cabins, 1 main rental house, 2 permanent RVS and 1 permanent resident. Please be respectful of the other guests and wildlife.
The main road to the property is a very "rugged" road with no streetlights and lots of potholes (some are big)
Guest Access:
You will be provided with the code to enter the unit 24 hours before arrival. The code will be activated 30 minutes before check in (4pm) and deactivated 30 minutes after checkout unless other arrangements have been made.
Gate Clicker Policy
Gate clickers for entrance and exit are provided for your convenience.
Please return the clicker to the drop box located at the gate upon departure.
A $50.00 fee will be charged for any unreturned clickers.
Other Things to Note:
The main road to the property is a very "rugged" road with no streetlights and lots of potholes (some are pretty big). Not recommend for low riding vehicles
You will be removed from the property with no refund for the following reasons:
1) The fenced pasture and barn are off limits to guests. The barn has 2 cameras inside and 1 pointed towards the barn driveway.
2) The use of fireworks of any kind.
3) Buring during a burn ban (you will be notified when there is a burn ban).
4) Feeding, petting or harassing of the horses.
5) There are 4 cameras on the cabin road. Each camera points towards the cabins, however, they are far enough from the cabins not to be intrusive (see photo for the view)

We are always available. So, if you need anything, please feel free to contact us! Contact through the AirBnB app is best, however, if needed texting is ok (cell number will be provided with check in instructions)
