This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

The view from the condo was a million dollar view. The location to the beach, outstanding. Close to shopping and restaurants and close to the airport.

Location and condo were great! There’s an additional 15 fee per person for a bracelet to get into pool and down to the beach. Would have been nice if it was included with the booking. But other than that, all was fantastic!

The property was very clean and accommodating. Any issues were handled promptly. No negative remarks.Will stay again next year. Unit had a fabulous view.
