It was great except the AC would go or thermostat would go up and it would get hot in the middle of the night. It was up to 82 last night.

The property was clean and everything was super easy with the check in/checkout process. Very close to the beach and good restaurants.

Will avoid using Avari in future bookings. Overall the property is not bad and the only reason we did not rate lower-good location, nice layout, good furnishings.Property was decently clean except bathroom had dirty cleaning towel left behind, hair on shower walls, dirty sheet left on sofa bed. AC did not work well in upstairs bedrooms, there was about a 10 degree difference to downstairs (just one thermostat) and their solution was adding fans upstairs. No coffee filters available and no ice in fridge or icemaker. Requested an early check in, they said we could check in at 3 if ready, it was ready as nobody was at the home between 3-4 (we had to wait nearby), yet they would not let us in. Additionally, they had assumed another booking of ours from another company 2 months ago and their email indicated it would be cancelled since it was transferred yet it wasn’t and they would not refund or credit the amount we had down on it. We did not notice until inside the no cancellation window-we will be filing a dispute on it.
