With nearly 2,300 square feet of upscale living space, the all-suite interior boasts a private garage as well as all-new furnishings (including brand-new mattresses). Whip up delicious dishes in the gourmet kitchen or fire up the gas grill and host a cookout.
Your quiet residential setting is also just minutes from Rosemary Beach and Pier Park.
LIVING AREA
Make yourself at home in the light-filled Great Room, featuring 10’ ceilings, a plush sofa set, and a large smart TV.
Find flexible sleeping space in the loft, detailed with a full-size sleeper sofa and a smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare everything from picnics to three-course meals in the gourmet kitchen, configured with ample granite counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The home is in a residential neighborhood, fairly new and beautiful. The home is actually better than the picture; however the cleaning service will be the downfall of this beautiful home. All my issues were with the cleaning company. We had a checkin at 4 pm but when we arrived they were still inside cleaning, could not check in until 4:40 after a 5 hour drive; A filthy wash cloth under the sink in the master bedroom, food not clean from the creasing of the dining room table and dog poop in the garage was totally unacceptable for me. I paid a $484 cleaning fee and was refunded a measly $40😡

Love that the place matched the photos and description. They went the extra mike with small touches.
We did have a broken tv in one of the rooms that we notified them about the first day; but never got fixed or replaced. But otherwise we were pretty happy and would definitely recommend and book again!
