The guest bedroom is on the North side of the condo and has a Queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa, perfect for children and teens. There is tile throughout with area accent rugs. Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

Great beach views, nice family atmosphere, kitchen is nicely equipped and had everything we needed, but honestly we did most of our cooking on the outdoor grills

We stayed at plantation palms #6604 for a week. We have stayed as a family at plantation palms every year for the past 20 years. This condo was a little disappointing in that it didn’t have any beach chairs/toys available for use. We were also only able to find one extra blanket which was not helpful when we had children using the pull out couch. Also the microwave was damaged and the closet door as you enter the condo is broken. I will not choose this condo again compared with others we have stayed in.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great and family friendly. The condo was clean and enjoyable. We did have a couple maintenance issues when we got there, but we reached out and had a timely response and offers to resolve the issues. These issues did not in any way hinder our stay, we just wanted them to be aware of what was going on.
