Overall, the property was as listed and location was great. We stayed with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. We loved the big balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Thanks!

The thermostat wasn't attached to the wall and was just hanging by wires, mirrored closet door in master had a long crack across it, one section of mirrored closet door in twin room was off the track and propped up in the closet, only one receptacle in each of the bedroom outlets worked, refrigerator door shelves dented. I documented the issues and notified our contact.
In spite of these issues none of them affected our stay in a negative way. The furnishings were nice and the kitchen was well equiped.
We have stayed in this complex( using other vendors) before and have never experienced any issues and it is our preferred complex in the area.
