Hop on your bike and hit the bike path that parallels Bienville Blvd., with downtown shops and restaurants, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, the beach, and the ferry to Fort Morgan all within just a mile or two.
At home, you’ll find a beautifully updated space, with modern, stylish decor, abundant natural light, and an airy, coastal feeling. Slide into the hot tub on the screened lanai for a soothing soak or the pool to cool off on a hot day. Then fire up the grill on the patio for an easy alfresco dinner. Inside, the sleek kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming quartz countertops, and all the gadgets you need to feed your crew, and there’s plenty of mealtime seating between the breakfast bar and window-front table.
At the end of each day, mix up a cocktail at the dry bar, then grab a seat on the sectional to watch some TV - compliments of free basic WiFi cable. Can’t agree on a show? First house we booked had a septic problem. The mgmt co called us an hour and half before we were to arrive after driving 10 hours. First told us they were cancelling reservation and we would be refunded and have to go back home to Missouri. Then they booked us for one night at a house on the beach, then we had to pack up again and move to a different house for the rest of our stay. It ended up being ok except the house I originally rented was ground level for my wife with bad knees and arthritis. The houses they moved us around to were both up on stilts and limited my wife going up and down for activities. Disappointed in that regard as no stairs was one of the main reasons I booked 5 months in advance.
