About this house rental
The structure is unique: an ancient millstone of the end of 1700 with stunning sea view and dreamy sunsets.

A 110 sqm apartment suitable up to 4 people.
The restructuring gave a modern touch to the house, but without making it lose those characteristics typical of the Sicilian tradition.
The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- a large bedroom with sea view balcony
- a smaller bedroom overlooking the internal courtyard
- a large living room with a sofa bed
- an equipped kitchen
- a bathroom
The apartment has wooden floors and ceiling with exposed beams
All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air-conditioning/heat pumps.
The furniture also maintains antique pieces and typical of Sicilian culture that give a touch of individuality to the home.
The property includes a private infinity pool (4x4 meters) with jacuzzi, a surrounding land of nearly 3000 sqm with palm trees, citrus trees, bougainvillea, prickly pears. The highlight of the property is the arabian courtyard of 80 mq with a well, an old bathtub, barbecue, equipped for outdoor dining.
There is also a terrace at the back of the apartment.
The courtyard, the terrace and the pool are exclusive property of the apartment.
The pool is available from May until mid/end of October, it depends on the weather.
Usually early in the morning Nicola cleans the pool. If you want to enjoy it early just tell us and we will clean it on another time.
