About this house rental
Charming Victorian home in leafy Northcote, just moments from cafés and restaurants yet tucked away on a peaceful street. With 3 bedrooms (including a versatile study/guest room), soaring ceilings, eclectic décor, and a sun-soaked terrace, this character-filled retreat blends vintage charm with modern comfort. During your stay, you will be responsible to take the bins out for collection if you are staying on a Sunday night (collection Monday early morning - need to be out on Sunday night).
Upon checkout, please:
- return the key to the keysafe and leave the other key on the kitchen bench
- Empty fridge and bins
- Clean all used dishes and put them back in place
- Turn off appliances/cooling/heating
- report any damage upfront
