This former factory has been meticulously restored using traditional polished cement techniques and eco-friendly materials, preserving the island’s architectural authenticity while introducing a striking loft-style aesthetic. Original industrial elements remain woven into the design, including a monumental piece of machinery displayed as a sculptural centrepiece within one of the villa’s generous living spaces.



The interiors are defined by soaring ceilings, abundant natural light and handcrafted matte cement floors created by a local artisan. An open-plan living, dining and kitchen area provides a relaxed yet sophisticated space for gathering, while two serene bedrooms ensure comfort and privacy. The master suite enjoys beautiful sea views, and a loft-style second bedroom is complemented by a separate bathroom. Banquet-style couches in the living area allow accommodation for two additional guests, bringing the total capacity to four plus two.



Outside, expansive terraces invite long, sun-filled days with two impressive pool areas, including a sunset terrace perfectly positioned for Santorini’s famed evening light. Multiple alfresco lounging and dining areas provide idyllic settings for relaxation, entertaining or quiet reflection.



Fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern technology, the villa also features a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances, organic mattresses and thoughtful comforts that enhance the sense of understated luxury. The property can be divided into two completely private residences or rented in full, making it ideal for intimate stays, small celebrations or exclusive retreats.



There is no resident staff on site; housekeeping and additional services such as spa treatments or culinary experiences can be arranged upon request at extra cost. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival.
