Vacation home for 4 guests with 70m² in Orosei (302982)

This wonderful country house is situated on a stunning property with sweeping panoramic views: from the local mountain, Monte Tuttavista, all the way to the sea. The Sardinian macchia “embraces” the simple, bright house. Stylistically, CASA AMISTADE features a modern-Mediterranean design, without any rustic frills. The house is characterized by natural colors, organic materials, and a design that emphasizes light and simplicity. CASA AMISTADE is actually intended for two people. However, the small, cozy tiny house in the garden can accommodate two additional guests.
The house features a large bedroom with a double bed and an open-concept living-kitchen area. The large, round marble table is the focal point of this special property. Of course, we’ve crafted not only the table but also the chic built-in kitchen from Orosei marble.
The icing on the cake is the semicircular, dark-green bathroom featuring a genuine chandelier. The on-site bar with its ocean view is sure to make every Aperol lover’s heart skip a beat. In fact, CASA AMISTADE is full of special highlights. The wooden terrace with a Hollywood swing to enjoy the sunrise, or the freestanding tub for bathing under the Sardinian starry sky.
If four of you are vacationing here, you’ll also have access to the small tiny house! The additional cost is €40 per night. Inside, there are two fold-out beds.
