Enjoy a private, dog-friendly 2-bedroom retreat with private parking and independent access. Designed for small families, Grace College visitors, and outdoor enthusiasts, this fully self-contained apartment offers the perfect balance of affordability and a prime location on the lower level of our historic 1910 home.

- CEILINGS: Built in 1910! As a Garden Level unit, main ceilings are 7 feet, with some ductwork soffits dipping to approx 6 feet. Taller guests should take note.
- THERMOSTAT: Temperature is controlled from the upper floors; we are happy to adjust it upon request. Space heaters and fans are also provided.
