About this house rental
House ideally located to enjoy the region. The coast and beaches are a 10-minute walk away. By car, 20 minutes from St-Brieuc and 30 minutes from Paimpol (boat to the island of Bréhat).
Two adult bikes as well as helmets are available in the garden shed as the greenway passes in front of the house. The GR34 is nearby: in the direction of Paimpol, it is beautiful!
The house is located in a quiet area between the port of Binic and the village of Etables sur Mer. It is equipped for 4 people. It consists of:
First floor:
Kitchen open to the living room
Laundry area (washing machine + dryer)
Bathroom with toilet
Floor:
Mezzanine with two 1-seater beds (90 x 190)
Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) + baby cot if needed (with a real mattress).
The staircase is not suitable for people with reduced mobility but protected by a barrier at the top of it.
A small garden where a table, barbecue and parasol are at your disposal.
Children are always welcome. A changing area is installed in the laundry area and a travel cot is available if needed. Games are also available in the trunk in the living room.
I do not apply any cleaning fees, so it is to be done correctly by the tenants before their departure to leave the house as clean as they found it when they arrived.
