About this cottage rental

Rustic and humble, NO FRILLS (300sqft) cottage located in Plattsburgh, NY on Lake Champlain. Golfing, boat/kayak rentals, MTN biking, dining, downtown, and hiking all within 10 miles. Burlington, VT and Montreal, QC are a one hour drive. Beautiful location at the top of the Adirondacks. Residential/Lake Commercial area. 5 miles from Plattsburgh Airport. Great views overlooking marina and Valcour Island, with large SHARED backyard. Two firepits with free firewood on site. Great for an overnight stay or an extended getaway. Futon in living room for extra sleeping space. Come relax on the lake!
