Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of a cozy double bedroom, a second double bedroom, and a bathroom, all offering windows with stunning views over the blue waters of the Gulf of Asinara.
The true heart of the home is the spacious outdoor area surrounding the villa. The furnished patio is perfect for enjoying life outdoors, and it includes a practical external shower, ideal for rinsing off after returning from the beach. Additional amenities include air conditioning on both floors, an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, washing machine, TV, hairdryer, outdoor furniture, and private parking, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
