It is the ideal choice for families or couples who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Istria, close to the beaches yet away from the crowds.
The apartment is accessible via internal stairs and offers functional, well-organized spaces. It features two bedrooms: a larger bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, table, and mirror, and a second, slightly smaller bedroom, also equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, and a vertical garment steamer.
The separate kitchen is connected to the living area, creating a welcoming space for relaxing and sharing meals. Guests have access to a sofa, satellite TV, and a dining table for four people. The kitchen is equipped with a combined cooktop (three gas burners and one electric hotplate), oven, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving meals.
The added value of the apartment is the large covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or pleasant summer evenings.
Guests can enjoy, shared with the guests of the second apartment, the fenced courtyard with private parking, swimming pool, barbecue area with a table next to the pool, outdoor shower, and washing machine. Everything has been designed to ensure comfort and a carefree holiday.

- to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest hours,
- for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning when leaving the accommodation,
- to use the apartment equipment with care,
- to empty waste containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to report any damage caused to the owner; after careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment in cash before departure,
- to inform the owner of the planned departure time one day before departure to arrange the handover of the keys.
* The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of the stay.
