Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire cottage and its private, enclosed garden throughout their stay. For your convenience and flexibility, self check-in is available via a secure system. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.

• Parking: Free on-street parking is available at both ends of Beaman’s Lane, including Glebe Road and along the High Street. Availability is usually good but not guaranteed at peak times.
• Central location: The cottage is tucked just off the High Street in Royal Wootton Bassett, so you may experience some light noise from nearby shops, traffic, or pedestrians—especially during busier hours.
• Stairs: The property has stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• Garden: The rear garden is private and enclosed, but we recommend supervising young children at all times.
• Check-in: Self check-in is available for your convenience (details provided before arrival).
• Respectful stays: This is a quiet residential area—no parties or events, please.

Myself and 2 friends stayed for the weekend. We arrived in the rain to this gorgeous cosy cottage with the most thoughtful touches. The beds were comfy and snug, the bathroom clean and a great shower, milk in the fridge, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, granola! We truly cherished our weekend here, the local town is quaint with a choice of take aways and restaurants. We walked in the morning to the local nature reserve (Jubliee Lake) and had a coffee and a stroll. Katy's communication was wonderful, and we felt very welcome. If we're looking to stay in the area again this will be our top choice. I highly recommend a stay here!
