Welcome to "The Creative Cottage" in the Village of Lake Denham! But don't let the word "cottage" fool you!. As you'll see in photos, this is a real stunner! Sleep up to 8 of your family and friends in this 3BR 3BA private home w/built-in Pool and many extra special touches from an owner who was a former event planner with an eye for originality and details that'll make your stay wonderfully luxurious!

Enter this amazing non-smoking, non-vaping home located in the Village of Lake Denham (where you're only 45 minutes from all things Disney but also inside "The Villages" to take advantage of their dazzling list of amenities as well!) and you'll be greeted by an open floorplan and soaring ceilings with a breathtaking great room highlighted by a color-changing fireplace w/sculpture media niche, crown-molding galore, surrounded by conversational arena seating, including a modern, high-end reclining sofa.
A quick spin around and you're spellbound by your fully-equipped chef's kitchen, with its expansive island, sparkling quartz countertops w/ casual barstool seating for snacks, 5-burner gas stovetop, a brand new, formal marble-top dining set with a mesmerizing one-of-a-kind chandelier gracing the ceiling. Everything is new, light, bright, airy and intriguing because this home doesn't do old, drab, dark, and mundane!
Before we get to the Villages neverending amenities (numerous town squares filled with shops, restaurants, nightly live entertainment and dancing, not to mention the rec-centers packed with activities galore!) let's adjourn to the fully enclosed lanai and resort-like backyard--because there's still more fun to be had right here at home! Owner has made the 28'x11' lanai into an enclosed, air-conditioned, entertaining game-room where you'll find a bar with another Smart TV, a vintage style jukebox, life size chess set, and interactive games that beckon to be played right there on the walls!
All this on your way outside to take a refreshing dip in your fully-heated built-in PRIVATE swimming pool with screened-in birdcage before grilling up a delicious meal on the BBQ with the outdoor cart offering non-breakable outdoor dishes.
Next up ... the uniquely themed bedrooms, because remember...this home shuns the ordinary!
BEDROOM DETAILS:
The Master Bedroom is officially called "The Zen Den" with its spa-inspired ambience, it has an remote-controlled adjustable KING BED, large WALK-IN closet with built-in lock n' key jewelry shelving, & en-suite bathroom showcasing dual vanities with a lavishly tiled walk-in shower PLUS a newly installed luxurious soaking bath (2026 construction) and a separate commode compartment, where even the toilet amuses!
Guest BR 1 also features a comfortable KING BED and is called "Travel Tales" because journeying the world should always be part of your life adventure and the decor reflects this passion. Another en-suite bathroom here plus a writing desk, should the need to begin documenting adventures in your travel journal become irresistible.
Guest BR 2 features TWO DOUBLE BEDS and bi-fold closet doors, but the big draw in this room is the whimsical dessert decor! Hence, this is affectionately called the official "Sweet Suite" and you can enjoy its fantasy, calorie-free ambience (mostly!!) as you plan what actual flavor ice-cream cone you'll indulge in during your real-life visit to one of the FOUR Villages' town squares. Enjoy this room even as an adult!

Test your skills at the Jubilee Putting Course, Mickylee Pitch & Putt, or the impressive Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course. All in all, The Villages boasts 700 holes of golf!
If you still have the energy, brace yourself for the nearby Ezell Rec Center. A SPRAWLING facility themed around golf history offering numerous activities including pedestrian paths, sports pools (where water volleyball is played!) courts for pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard, and numerous spaces for crafts, club meetings, fitness, and social gatherings. It serves as a hub for community events and exploration, featuring modern facilities and a layout designed for local celebrations.

Getting around
The Villages is a GOLF CART COMMUNITY!! There are parallel roads for golf carts only. that feature tunnels and bridges. The Villages has an app where you can find directions to anywhere with the golf cart paths. It is truly a novel experience. There are local vendors available to rent (with delivery) additional golf carts, if desired. We priced this home to take your rental into consideration so you can facilitate a golf cart that's the right size for your needs whether you prefer gas or electric or 2/4/6 seaters. There are plenty of options. Note: sticking with a car will still give you a fantastic vacation!

This is a no-smoking or vaping home and will be strictly enforced.
Out of respect for the neighborhood, quiet hours are instituted from 10:00 p.m. until one hour before daybreak.
There is an option to purchase a Lifestyle ID during your stay. It allows access to all the amenities in The Villages, just as if you were an owner. The cost is $50. That is inclusive. Two people can receive the ID. If you have additional guests, they can also receive free Visitor Passes. If you want to pursue that, let me know. I will need the following: One or two names, home addresses, emails, and cell numbers.
