About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Front unit (unit 2) of a duplex. Single level, l 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , with master bedroom an en-suite. Covered front porch with rocking chairs, fenced yard, easy access. level gravel parking with room for 2 cars. Washer Dryer in the unit.
Good to know
wooden cabin, 2 bed , 2 bath, flat back yard , across the fence is a cattle ranch, in the summer it`s used as to harvest hay, in the cooler months it has cattle on it. Across the private drive down the hill is the East fork of the little pigeon river. The private drive is several 100 yards long is a short trip to a private country setting . To the left and front of the cabin is a small pumphouse. It also has a trash can to keep trash secure from Animals. Behind and to the right of the cabin is an outhouse - no entry allowed, but you can look through the cut out on the door and take a peek. I t will eventually be restored.

We just had a new metal roof put on (July of 2025) its green.
