Welcome to your Zen City Escape. This bright top-floor retreat offers free onsite parking, a private patio, and thoughtfully designed interiors that make it easy to relax and recharge. Steps from parks, restaurants, and local favorites, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of neighborhood charm and city convenience. After a day exploring Chicago, unwind in the extra-deep soaking tub and settle into a stay designed for comfort.
You’ll have the home to yourselves, but we’re always close by if you need anything. We respond quickly and are happy to help with early check-in, local recommendations, or anything that comes up during your stay.

• Entire Apartment: You have private use of the full Unit 1F, including all living spaces.
• Private Parking: Includes one dedicated uncovered spot in the rear of the building.
• Street Parking: Free street parking is readily available in front (no permit required).
• Laundry: Private in-unit washer and dryer.

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed + TV
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed + TV
• Extra Sleeping: The living room couch sleeps one. A twin rollaway bed is available upon request.

Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy (14+ Nights)
For stays exceeding 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required every two weeks to maintain the property and your comfort.
Fee: $150 per refresh

Full Linen Swap: Freshly laundered bed linens and towels.
Deep Clean: Sanitizing the kitchen and bathrooms.
Floor Care: Professional vacuuming and mopping.
Restock: Replenishing essentials like coffee, paper products, and toiletries.
Trash Removal: Clearing all trash and recycling.
We will reach out during your stay to coordinate a day and time that works best for you.

Tracees place is amazing. It's exactly as shown in the pictures with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is calm and you don't hear any noise at night. You also get your own parking space on the back which helps a lot. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Chicago. My kids loved the place. Thank you again.
